It is very different for everyone. It begins with talking and me getting to know more about you. I go at your pace and don't 'pry' or 'force' you to talk about anything. Some people prefer a directed and structured approach with goals being set and other people prefer to talk and explore what comes out and bring dreams, spirituality or any other issues into the 'room'.
With over six years of experience as a therapist, I am deeply passionate about empowering and supporting women through life’s varied challenges. I believe that being a woman is a diverse and multifaceted experience, and I actively welcome all who identify as women, including those assigned female at birth, trans women, and non-binary individuals. While I primarily focus on women, I am open to working with men and can also provide referrals to other counsellors when a better fit may be needed.
