I offer therapy that blends warmth, humour, and evidence-based approaches to help you feel at ease while exploring meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical; a space where you can be real, supported, and understood.
As an accredited professional member of the NCPS and a qualified clinical supervisor, I bring over six years of experience in both NHS and private settings, supporting women through anxiety, ADHD & Autism, attachment wounds, and self-esteem difficulties.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Psychodynamic theory, and Person-Centred therapy. I incorporate the principle of Unconditional Self-Acceptance (USA), which means moving away from harsh self-criticism and towards a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. This forms a foundation for emotional resilience, confidence, and long-term wellbeing. In practice, this often involves noticing patterns, challenging limiting beliefs, and nurturing a deeper sense of self-worth.
While therapy primarily centres on talking and reflection, I may also integrate aromatherapy or mindfulness techniques to deepen the process and help regulate your nervous system. These small rituals support self-awareness, grounding, and connection between body and mind; helping therapy feel calm, restorative, and safe.
Together we’ll look at what’s happening in the present as well as the deeper patterns beneath it, working towards greater clarity, confidence, and calm.

Becoming a therapist wasn’t a career I planned. It grew out of my own experience of survival, healing, and growth. Before retraining, I had a career with the Ministry of Defence, where I learned a great deal about discipline, communication, and resilience. But it was after leaving an abusive relationship and beginning therapy myself that I discovered what truly mattered to me: understanding people and helping them heal. That experience changed me. I discovered how powerful it can be to sit with someone who truly listens, someone who helps you find your voice again when life has taken it from you. Through therapy I realised that healing isn’t about weakness or fixing yourself; it’s about understanding, choice, and reclaiming your sense of self. That insight became the foundation of Thrive and my belief that everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe enough to grow.
I trained professionally and developed a special interest in helping women find empowerment. I know first-hand that healing often begins when we feel truly seen. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m real; I don’t hide behind a clipboard or a façade. Therapy with me is a conversation: collaborative, kind, and at times gently challenging. My aim is always to help you reconnect with yourself, rebuild confidence, and learn to thrive again on your own terms.
When I’m not working, I’m mostly at home tending to my jungle of a few hundred houseplants or immersed in studying forensic psychology, two things that keep me curious about what helps people grow through even the most difficult conditions.
