In addition to my therapy practice, I am a qualified clinical supervisor offering supervision to fellow counsellors and psychotherapists. My love of plants deeply influences my approach. Just as plants need the right environment to thrive, I believe therapists flourish in a nurturing, reflective space where they can safely explore their client work, overcome challenges, and celebrate their professional growth.
Supervision with me is collaborative, grounded, and growth-focused; a space for honest reflection, ethical awareness, and confidence building. I see supervision as the fertile soil in which therapists deepen their practice and sustain their wellbeing. With over six years’ experience across both the NHS and private practice, I bring expertise in anxiety, ADHD and autism, self-esteem, attachment, and recovery from abuse. My integrative style draws from CBT, REBT, and psychodynamic ideas, woven with plant-based metaphors that make reflection creative and accessible.
As part of my supervision service, I provide written supervision notes and psycho-educational resources between sessions to help you consolidate learning, reflect in depth, and maintain clear professional records, all included within your fee.
I offer supervision face-to-face in central Taunton or online via video call.

If you would like to explore working together, please get in touch. I’d be delighted to support you in growing a reflective, sustainable, and fulfilling practice.

In addition to one-to-one supervision, I offer small group supervision for therapists who enjoy learning alongside peers in a collaborative, reflective setting. Just as plants in a garden benefit from the diversity and support of those around them, therapists in a group can gain fresh insights, multiple perspectives, and the reassurance that we’re not alone in the challenges we face. These sessions are supervisor-led and provide a safe, supportive space to explore your client work, meet supervision requirements, and develop as a practitioner, while sharing in the richness of group reflection.
