Clinical Supervision for Therapists

Do you ever leave sessions second-guessing yourself or wondering if you handled something “right”?

Are you working with clients who feel complex, intense, or difficult to fully make sense of, particularly around anxiety, ADHD, or attachment patterns?

I offer a collaborative and reflective supervision space where we go beyond simply talking things through. Together, we make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, helping you feel clearer, more confident, and more grounded in your clinical work.

In addition to my therapy practice, I am a qualified clinical supervisor supporting counsellors and psychotherapists to deepen their thinking, strengthen their skills, and develop a more secure sense of themselves as practitioners.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and gently challenging. I draw on CBT, REBT, psychodynamic ideas, and attachment-informed thinking to help you recognise patterns, build formulation skills, and take practical insights back into your work.

My love of plants continues to shape how I work. Just as plants need the right conditions to grow, I believe therapists flourish in a space that is nurturing, reflective, and well-supported. Supervision becomes the environment in which your confidence, clarity, and professional identity can develop.

With over seven years’ experience across both the NHS and private practice, I have particular expertise in:

• anxiety
• ADHD and autism
• self-esteem
• attachment and relationship patterns
• recovery from abuse

As part of my supervision service, I provide written supervision notes and psychoeducational resources between sessions. These support you to consolidate learning, reflect more deeply, and maintain clear professional records, all included within your fee.

Practical Details

I offer supervision face-to-face in central Taunton or online via video call.

Initial meeting: Free
Individual supervision: £75 per 90-minute session
Group supervision: £50 per 90-minute session
(counts as 45 minutes toward supervision requirements)

In addition to one-to-one supervision, I offer small group supervision for therapists who enjoy learning alongside peers in a collaborative, reflective setting. Just as plants in a garden benefit from the diversity and support of those around them, therapists in a group can gain fresh insights, multiple perspectives, and the reassurance that we’re not alone in the challenges we face. These sessions are supervisor-led and provide a safe, supportive space to explore your client work, meet supervision requirements, and develop as a practitioner, while sharing in the richness of group reflection.

When: Last Wednesday of every month: Morning group: 10:00am & Evening group: 6:30pm

Duration: 1.5 hours (90 minutes) counts as 45 minutes toward supervision requirements.

Cost: £50 per session

Group size: Maximum of 4 participants

Format: Online, with the possibility of in-person groups in central Taunton if enough local interest
